I am so very sorry about Ryan. Your blog was one of the first I ever read about ten or fifteen years ago.I was looking for a Christmas craft to make. Ever since then I’ve enjoyed reading your blogs and often told my husband I think we could be friends.. I’m sure quite a few of your readers would agree. Having just spent thirty days at Standford with a son on life support and now slowly recuperating for heart defects from birth I know the intense love between a mother and child and the pain that can come our way. It will be a very long recovery. I just wanted to let you know there are people like myself who think of you,Ryan, and your family and keep you all in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. Like my 100 year old grandmother used to say a mother doesnt get a choice. When you have a family you have to get up just like the sun and do your best” She was a wise and humble woman.
