Sugarwings is as infatuated with the new babies as the rest of us are.
Twinkle is happy to share the pups, and is being a good Mama. A little nervous, but loving. She is such a good natured dog, I shouldn't have expected anything less from her.
And when Sugarwings heard us talking about one of the babies having a star on its chest, she started to sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and brought one of the wooden stars from her craft supplies as a gift to the newborn.
She doesn't realize it yet, but these puppies have a gift for her too. Since Twinkle is her dog, all the money from selling pups will go into a college fund for the fairy grand baby. Thanks, Twinkle!!
How sweet. I’d love a little dog, but my husband hasn’t warmed up to the idea of a dog. They are adorable, so I guess Star is the name of the one puppy already. 🙂

I’m amazed she’s allowing them to be handled, most mother dogs don’t like that and abandon their pups if they’re messed with too much!! Lots of puppies for such a small dog, my friends Yorkie only had 2!!
Wish she’d had a boy, I’d be talking purchase with you, I’m looking for a male yorkie.

Twinks coat looks like Satin! She is such a little beauty. What a precious gift you (and twinks) are giving to Sugarwings. There was a family in our area that sent thier kids to college by breeding German Shepherds for many years. I tried to find the article but can’t. Each kid would take sole responsibility for the new litter day and night since it was for THEIR college fund. Great idea!
